Frequently asked questions

In each case, at the beginning we need to know your actual needs and the overall picture. On this basis, we prepare a proposal tailored to your individual needs and capabilities. The first necessary step is your contact with us. Once the terms of cooperation have been established, you are contacted by a dedicated advisor or team of advisors responsible for carrying out your order and we get to work. Your satisfaction with the ordered service is guaranteed in the contract.
Yes. On the website we are not able to list all the services we have provided in the past, but only the most popular ones. Our portfolio includes services such as due diligence, analyses of competitors and foreign markets, business and legal support for companies entering the Polish market, or profitability analyses of business projects.
We serve companies from all over the country, and our work model is arranged in such a way that we can provide services in 100% remotely. This reduces the cost to the client and the turnaround time.

Sometimes the Client makes cooperation dependent on a meeting in person. Then, in the case of orders worth up to PLN 10,000 net, we come to clients within 20km of Warsaw. When the distance is greater, we invite you to establish the principles of cooperation remotely or to visit our office (by appointment!). In the case of orders of a higher value, it is possible to come to the Customer throughout Poland, with the proviso that if this is done before concluding the contract, the Customer is required to pay a deposit of PLN 2,000, which will be forfeited if the cooperation does not finally take place.
The cost depends on the complexity of the order and the amount of work. The team consists of specialists with higher education in the field and many years of practical experience. Some of our analysts have completed doctoral studies, and all are fluent in English.

We offer clients prices significantly lower than the average prices of Warsaw's large consulting firms and law firms. Rates for the same services performed by international companies are even several times higher. Get a quick quote by contacting us and describing your need.
We recommend to all those who are thinking about getting a grant for starting or developing a business our grant guide at: https://dostepnedotacje.pl - by signing up for it, you get up-to-date information about all the financing available to companies in Poland at any given time. And there are really a lot of them. We do not provide information on current subsidies to individuals or companies not subscribed to the above-mentioned guide. We will be happy to help you draw up a grant application, but first you need to find/select the right program.
In virtually every situation of applying for financing, the business plan or pitch deck is only one of the elements to be evaluated. For example, the bank will additionally analyze the applicant's financial situation, own contribution (including its origin), credit history or collateral. In the case of EU grants, for example, the number of jobs created, environmental protection in the project or innovation may be relevant. The creators of the business plan have limited influence on these objective issues. Since the object of the cooperation is the professional execution of the document, and not the obtaining of financing, there is no possibility of obtaining a refund in case of non-award of financing. A professional business plan definitely increases the chance of success, it does not guarantee it.
