Where to start?

Most entrepreneurs do not know what grants they can get at any given time (what calls are open).

Therefore, the first step to have a chance of getting a grant is to find (identify) it. Knowing how big a problem this is, in a situation where announcements of calls for proposals are scattered in a dozen different places, we have launched a grant guide on the site dostepnedotacje.pl.

Signing up for a guide is the first step in obtaining a grant. Only when we find a suitable program (and these change very often) can we talk about developing an application and other details. When you have found a matching program on your own, get back to us and we'll talk about the details of obtaining the funds.

For whom are EU grants for companies?

Grants are available on the market for companies in a wide variety of industries, at different stages of development and based in both smaller towns and larger cities. However, there are industries in which subsidies and preferential loans are particularly common.

In addition, companies from Eastern Poland are privileged, as some programs will be dedicated exclusively to them. The condition will be to have an office or branch in their area. It is worth for your company to consider this in advance.

Even if your business operates in a different area of the country and operates in a different industry, it is still worth following the topic of grant programs. PARP, NCBiR or ARiMR are just three of the institutions that grant funding to start or expand your business. When you are looking for grants for a new company, you may be interested in the offer of Local Action Groups or the Labor Office, among others.

How to get EU grants for a company?

AvailableDotacje.pl
If you haven't yet found the right program, sign up for the guide at dostepnedotacje.pl. Without knowledge of subsidies tailored to your needs, further action is impossible.
EU horizontal policies
Check whether your company's policies fit or can begin to fit into the so-called horizontal policies of the EU - whether you care about the environment, gender equality, accessibility for the disabled. This increases your chances when working on your application.
Implementation of innovations
When you're looking for funding to implement an innovation (e.g., manufacturing automation, artificial intelligence implementation, etc.), check out exactly what technology you can implement (who creates it / supplies it / how much it costs). What are its competitive advantages, how will it affect your company's competitiveness, and is it objectively (at a minimum, nationally) innovative.
PARP, NCBiR, NFOŚiGW or ARiMR.
Check what programs have been implemented so far by PARP, NCBiR, NFOŚiGW or ARiMR. And above all, what were the formal requirements (criteria). There is a good chance that some of these programs will be repeated in a similar form. For example, "Internationalization of SMEs", "Fast Track" or "Development of Startups in Eastern Poland".
Remember your own contribution
With most grants, you must have an own contribution. Consider whether you have a minimum of 15-20% for your own contribution + funds to cover the VAT yourself for the project you are implementing. Example - when the grant is 50% of eligible costs, and the cost of the machinery you would like to purchase is PLN 1 million + vat, then you must have a minimum of PLN 723,000.00 of your own contribution (PLN 500,000 net eligible costs + PLN 230,000 vat).

Cost of obtaining subsidies

We work in a hybrid model. Remuneration is divided into a base (smaller portion) and a success commission (larger portion). The exact price depends on two criteria:
Effort on the part of our team
The level of complexity of the applications varies greatly from program to program.
The amount of subsidy the customer is seeking
Commission in % calculated on the amount of funds granted to the client.
We do not accept orders from companies where, after an initial analysis, we see that the company has no chance of obtaining financing. We also do not write applications under a grant from the Labor Office. We also do not work "on commission only".

Why should you work with us to obtain grants?

We have worked successfully for dozens of companies, obtaining funding from diverse sources such as PARP, ARiMR and local programs, among others. Our applications have never been rejected at the stage of formal evaluation.

In this way, we maximize clients' chances of obtaining financing.
Effectiveness
Our grant applications pass formal evaluation (we guarantee this in the contract). Our clients have received a total of more than PLN 200 million in grant funds.
Versatility
We select a tailored financing option, we do not deal only with grants from PARP or NCBiR like most competitors.
Complexity
From finding the right program, to raising funds, to clearing grants.
Transparency
Simple, fair billing model. Competitive rates.
